Pregnancy course in English
This course mentioned above consists of 4 lessons, each with a duration of 1 hour. Slasses are weekley and you can start from approximately 30 weeks of pregnancy.
In these lessons the following topics will be covered
1. Breathing and relaxation
2. Pelvic floor muscles, explanation and exercise
3. Transverse abdominal muscles and stabillzation, advice acout posture and movement
4. Everything about pushing
5. Maternity bed and advice about becoming active after childbird
After the delivery there are 4 more lessons.
About 5 to 8 weeks after the delivery you start the post-delivery gymnastics with the same group.
The last 4 lessons (of 1 hour) are aimed at recovery after childbird. It is a good responsible preparation for starting your own (sports) activities again.
These meetings also give you the opportunity to exchange experiences after te bird of your baby.
